Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

  • Incorrect or Damaged Items: Returns and refunds will be accepted only if the product you receive is damaged or incorrect (i.e., not the item you ordered).

  • Conditions for Returns: To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return Process:

  • Return Shipping: Once we confirm the issue, Teeslots will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimbursement for the return shipping cost.

  • Return Address: We will provide the return address to send the product back to Teeslots.

Damages During Transit:

  • Teeslots is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping or transit. We highly recommend that customers inspect their package immediately upon delivery. If the item is visibly damaged upon arrival, please contact the carrier (courier service) directly for any claims.

Non-Returnable Items:
